Terms and Conditions
Pickup
1. The order cannot be changed or cancelled once it is placed successfully.
2. The product may be out-of-stock due to bad condition or other unforeseen complications. The out-of-stock product will be refunded, other purchased products cannot be changed or cancelled. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any out-of-stock product.
3. You shall make sure that the discount is applied correctly before purchase. We cannot apply any coupon, promotional code, member discount, shopping promotion, limited time offer to your order once it has been placed.
4. It takes 5-7 working days for restocking if the store you decided to pick up is currently out of stock. Our customer service officer will send a message via email, Messenger or WhatsApp once the product is available to pick up at the shop.
5. All expected delivery dates are estimates only, it may be delayed because of weather or any other uncontrollable factors. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.
6.1 You should pick up all products within 30 days after getting notification. Otherwise, it will be returned and we will not offer any compensation.
6.2 Invoice number is required when picking up the products at the shop. You may also need to provide further information to verify the identity (such as your name and contact information provided when purchase). If we are unable to verify you or your authorized representative’s identity, we will refuse the collection of the product(s) in order to safeguard your interest.
7. You could exchange the product for only one time within 14 days since the day after an order is placed successfully. The product(s) should meets the requirements of below Return Policy:
- All products are non-refundable.
- Innerwear, socks, and accessories could not be exchanged.
- Effective receipt is needed for product exchange.
- Products can be exchanged provided that the product(s) is unwashed and in new and clean condition with original tags.
- Customers need to pay for the difference when the price of the exchange item is higher than the original item.
- The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original one.
- The promotional offer and discount of the original item will be accounted for when exchanging items.
- Customers shall be responded for the delivery fees caused by product exchange.
- CaNaKids reserves the right for final decision.
8. Force majeure: CaNaKids shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by or resulting from fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.
9. These Terms and Conditions for Online Purchase are subject to change, update and /or revision by CaNaKids in its sole discretion at any time, without notice.
10. In case of any dispute, CaNaKids reserves the right of final decision.
Delivery (Hong Kong)
1. You agree to appoint our selected courier – SF Express as your agent to collect and deliver the ordered products on your behalf to the designated delivery address.
2. You shall make sure that the discount is applied correctly before purchase. We cannot apply any coupon, promotional code, member discount, shopping promotion, limited time offer to your order once it has been placed.

5. Products will be sent out within 2 working days from the day after the product arrives in our Hong Kong warehouse. Our customer service officer will inform you with an email, Messenger or WhatsApp once the product has been sent.
6. You will receive an email or message with tracking number. You can track the delivery status with the tracking number on www.sf-express.com . Please refer to S.F. Express for arrival date.
